Chapter 247 - The Unexpected
Last evening I had been helping her spread a partially assembled quilt on the lounge room floor. After going to my dungeon for a short time I returned to the living area as she came up to me saying "I've just had a fall." In her sewing room again, without warning, no light-headedness, once more on her right side. No visible damage, since she didn't strike anything on the way down.
This morning I checked her shoulder & buttocks for bruising where she said she had aches; there was nothing visible.
She rises before me these days; actually I remain in bed longer, when she does Tia-Chi for some 15 minutes. When I queried that I don't hear the DVD playing she said that she has memorised the movements up to where the Physio at the hospital had taken the class. The thinks this light exercise is helpful; she has little else other than an occasional excursion with her walker.
