Chapter 202 - Some Meds Changes
She still sleeps at this time so I will commence anyway. A few days I was in my dungeon when she called me on the CB - she was only about 4 metres away at the entrance to the laundry, where she had taken some dirty clothes, with the aid of her wheely-walker she uses around the house and to eat from (we have eaten meals in front of the TV for ages now). Her meds had suddenly worn off and she was frozen, actually only her feet, in the doorway as she was attempting to steer the walker to avoid her powered scooter (last used several years ago) in the hallway. So her body was twisted, leaning forward on the walker, about to tip over. My sudden appearance, grabbing & stabilising the walker, released her frozen state. We shuffled, me backwards, down the halls & as we reached my sewing room where the tread mill is kept, she decided she needed a dose of the tread mill. There was difficulty getting her into the room and up onto the platform. Away she went at a few km's per hour for some 5 minutes. Then she stepped off the treadmill unaided (I complained about her doing that) then she walked reasonably well to her walker then into the living room. As a result of this incident together with her horror of falling she has decided to increase the frequency of her meds. So beginning yesterday, she is now taking

She still suffers the "tingling" across her shoulders, sometimes into her scalp, and she becomes irritated as I question her, as at first this morning (she is now up getting her breakfast) she denied any "tingling", I ask when the tingling happens, and she snaps "when it's at its best." She has not lately indicated the onset of panic attacks but I fear some now with the above regime.
She continues to machine embroider pieces, then turning the results into place mats & pot holders, requiring a fair amount of hand finishing. This is good.
